Sandra’s niche is working with mid-career and executive mission-driven leaders to increase their organizational impact. She is passionate about supporting women leaders to align values, vision and voice. She believes in the power of women’s leadership, influenced by her experience growing up in a female headed household, a history of collaborating with strong women leaders, and her current experience as a working Mom.
