DEI Approach to leadership coaching
Sandra Wegmann, ACC, is a certified Professional Diversity Coach, credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Sandra completed her training through CoachDiversity Institute and her focus is helping women increase their organizational impact by aligning values, vision and voice in the context of their distinct identities.
Sandra works with women from many different backgrounds, including those that identify as white and those that identify as BIPOC. She believes in the power of women’s leadership, influenced by her experience in a female headed household, a history of collaborating with strong women leaders, and her current experience as a working Mom.
